The first 53 entries to my Mark II Project Site address the “deconstruction” of my 1964 MKII for a complete restoration. The 53 entries are chronological in nature, that is, they begin in January 2010 with the purchase of the car and end in December, 2011 with a description of work on the wood fascia boards.
Following entry 53, the “reconstruction” restoration progress is no longer a chronology. Instead, major sections of work, generally following the Jaguar Mark 2 Models Service Manual, are journaled. I have assumed that the reader will find this approach more useful than a sequenced chronology.
